Lawmakers OK $19.2M elections security grant, but get few details on DHS claim state was ‘compromised’ by Russian hackers

A week after a federal indictment alleged Russian hackers targeted Florida county elections offices in 2016, state officials are reluctant to disclose details but are assuring voters they are prepared to fend off further cyber-attacks.
